The RPZ Program has officially launched for Kalihi Valley (Zone 16) residents!
We are currently accepting applications for 2026. To apply for a 2026 permit, please register and follow the application process. You will be notified via email once your application has been approved or rejected. Permits will be mailed at the start of January. Please make sure your permit is displayed before enforcement begins in February.
